He landed his first role in a little TV show of the NBC : "Blind Faith" and continued with his first movie "Crooked Hearts". In 1990, he played in "There Goes My Baby" but the next year stayed calm. Then the luck came back et his talent was a little discovered in "A few Good Men" and the exellent "Swing Kids".

In 1994, after several roles he integrated the cast of "ER". Since it, he had plays in "Friends" and tried to make him know at cinema too... But it is very hard because of his image of Carter.
